Climate Colin Votes Against Hardworking Texans

HOUSTON — This morning, Colin Allred voted AGAINST HJR 136, which would nullify the Biden-Harris EPA mandates that would force two-thirds of all new vehicles to be electric by 2032. He is standing with the Biden-Harris Administration, which threatened to veto the measure, instead of everyday Texans who don’t want to be forced to drive electric vehicles.

Colin Allred has a record of putting radical policies over hardworking Texans, making this vote a surprise to absolutely no one.

“Colin Allred just told ranchers in West Texas, farmers in East Texas, Border Patrol agents in South Texas, and truckers in North Texas that he wants to force them to drive electric vehicles. That should go over great.

“This again proves how grossly out of touch Allred is with everyday Texans. If elected to the Senate, Allred would put his woke policies ahead of the very real needs of the people who live in the Lone Star State, and as we get closer to Election Day, he makes that explicitly clear.” —Cruz Campaign spokesperson
