HOUSTON — We just saw Colin Allred pivot to attacking Sen. Cruz to avoid his own radical record. First and foremost, Sen. Cruz is a husband and father. He made the decision to get his wife and daughters to a safe place without any special favors or government help.
A Cruz Campaign spokesperson issued the following statement.
“Colin Allred doesn’t have a strong record to run or debate off of, so he’s resorting to cheap political attacks. This doesn’t change the fact that his record is what’s really dangerous for Texas, and he’s spent 6 years letting Texans down with his radical votes and ideology.”
