HOUSTON — At a campaign event in 2019, when Kamala Harris ran her first failed presidential campaign, Harris was asked, “I want to know when you become president, would you be committing to close the immigration detention centers?”
Her response was, “Absolutely, on day one. On day one.”
Senator Ted Cruz’s Justice for Jocelyn Act would mandate that illegal aliens must stay in federal custody as long as there is a bed available. In the case of Jocelyn Nungaray’s brutal murder, there were over 2,000 beds for the two illegal Venezuelan predators, but they were released anyway. Under Senator Cruz’s legislation, this would not have happened, and Jocelyn would very likely still be alive today.
It has been 49 days since Can’t Comment Colin held a press conference.
“Kamala Harris has an extreme record on open border policies, and she’s made it clear that she’s perfectly fine with dangerous illegal aliens roaming our streets unchecked and unsupervised,” said a Cruz Campaign Spokesperson.
“What’s even more concerning is that Colin Allred’s record on the border is even more extreme than Border Czar Harris’.
“A world where there is a Senator Colin Allred and a President Harris is every illegal alien’s dream come true and every Texan’s worst nightmare.”
