HOUSTON — Today, organizations representing over 44,000 law enforcement officials and 80 county sheriffs across Texas endorsed Senator Ted Cruz’s re-election bid for the United States Senate.
A steadfast supporter of law enforcement, Senator Cruz has dedicated his career to promoting public safety and ensuring law enforcement agencies across Texas have the resources they need to protect our communities. Senator Cruz is the overwhelming choice for law enforcement in his race for re-election.

Ken Gardner, President of the Texas Municipal Police Association, representing 33,500 law enforcement officers across the state, issued the following statement.

As we look to the future, Senator Cruz’s vision for a safer, more secure Texas aligns with the values and goals of our law enforcement community. Joe Gamaldi, National Vice President of the Fraternal Order of Police, said:

Douglas Griffith, President, Houston Police Officers’ Union, said:
