HOUSTON — Senator Ted Cruz announced his Keep Texas, Texas Tour today.
The tour will kick off in Georgetown on Friday, August 23, and end in Houston on Saturday, August 24.
Following his stop in Georgetown on Friday, the campaign will stop in Waco, and Dallas/Fort Worth. On Saturday, there will be stops in Tyler and Beaumont, and the tour will end in Houston.
The Keep Texas, Texas tour is designed to speak to Texas voters across the state about Senator Cruz’s record of delivering results for jobs, freedom, and security and discuss his vision for the future of our state and what needs to be done to Keep Texas, Texas.
In less than 80 days, the future of the Lone Star State will be decided. Texas voters have the choice to either Keep Texas, Texas and continue being our nation’s conservative stronghold and economic powerhouse or elect a radical, far-left vision for our state that will cripple our economy, target our children, and threaten our safety.
“Senator Cruz and this campaign have been engaging with voters and packing rooms for weeks now, and we’re excited to continue to build on our momentum with the Keep Texas, Texas tour. While Can’t Comment Colin continues dodging the press and hiding from Texas voters, Senator Cruz will continue holding press conferences and pounding the pavement day in and day out to secure victory in November,” said a Cruz Campaign Spokesperson.
